By downloading, accessing, or using the SeamLess mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

SeamLess is a peer-to-peer marketplace. We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction between users. When you buy or sell on SeamLess:

SeamLess is a marketplace for secondhand clothing and accessories. Listings well outside that focus may be removed at our discretion.
SeamLess is a community built on trust. You agree not to:
SeamLess has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behavior toward other users. Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable is not permitted on the Service, and neither is any user who directs that behavior at another member of the community.
Every listing and every profile can be reported from inside the app, and any user can be blocked. We review reports and remove violating content and terminate the accounts responsible, ordinarily within 24 hours of receiving a report.

You retain ownership of the content you post on SeamLess (photos, descriptions, messages). By posting content, you grant SeamLess a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate anyone else's rights, including copyrights or privacy.
The SeamLess name, logo, and all related branding are owned by SeamLess. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. All other content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SeamLess and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
SeamLess is not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user. We do not endorse any listing, user, or transaction on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeamLess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any transaction conducted through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to SeamLess in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Edit Profile in the app, which permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also contact us at contact.seamlessapp@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page or through an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lancaster County, Nebraska.
